I started reading Harry Potter five months after watching the first movie. Several months later, and many many fanfictions away, I continued to read the books over and over again, learning everything I could about this series. Harry Potter isn't a series that is to be taken lightly while writing, as it is so in depth and full of background and history in the wizarding world.
